Well for Charlie's owners Janice and Teresa, it takes 25 years of friendship, a healthy helping of industry experience, an abundant love for food and family, and a lifetime of community involvement topped off with a dash of desire to see the rebirth of a home town restaurant! Janice and Teresa are proud to be a part of the Puyallup community. They are proud to serve their neighbors and friends with home town fresh food. Janice and Teresa welcome guest as if they were family, with the promise that those who come in as strangers leave as friends!

Our TeamJustina, Bar Manager A California girl, Justina moved to Washington and attended Sumner High School, where she graduated in 2003. She joined the Charlie’s family in 2009 after starting her restaurant career as a server and floor manager at a local pizza restaurant. Before working in the restaurant industry, Justina developed a strong foundation in customer service where she also realized her love for building relationships with customers. As the Bar Manager, Justina plans to build an on-going schedule of activities and events to reach Charlie’s growing customer base. Justina loves working at Charlie’s because of the “Cheers” like atmosphere where everyone is family. She loves working with Janice and Teresa because they have her best interests in mind and they support her professional growth.Justina’s long-term goal is to own a bar of her own. In her free time Justina enjoys spending time with her son. Her hobbies include acrylic painting, color pencil drawing and outdoor activities such as camping and four-wheeling. She also has a passion for shopping, music and dancing. |
